Nef Naf Avocats advises the Phoenix fund, represented by Delta AM and its company Greenwood Atlantic, in connection with the acquisition of the industrial sawmill, drying and sawing business of Scierie de l’Atlantique and Ets Provost Frères, which specialises in French hardwood and exotic wood.
Phoenix a financé Greenwood Atlantic, pour les besoins de cette reprise, à hauteur de 1,5 M€.
Cette reprise permet de sauver 71 salariés, dont 34 basés à Sauzé-Vaussais.
